✅ Full Automatic Refund
If you request a refund within 2 days (48 hours) of your purchase, you are entitled to a full automatic refund of the entire amount — no questions asked.
This applies to all purchases: digital coins, subscriptions, and virtual gifts. The refund is processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
One exception: if the coins from a purchase have already been spent or gifted, it can't be refunded automatically. Email refund@liveforge.live and our team will review it within 48 hours.
Submit a Refund Request
More than 2 days after purchase, purchases are no longer automatically refundable. You may still submit a refund request, which our team will review.
Review Criteria
Requests are granted when justified — for example technical errors (charged but item not received), duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or where required by applicable law.
We respond to every request within 48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Fastest: go to Economy → Wallet → Your purchases and tap Request Refund on an eligible purchase — within the 2-day window this refunds you automatically, in seconds.
Outside the 2-day window, or for a payment method other than PayPal, email refund@liveforge.live with your order ID and reason.
You can also open a ticket through the Help Center in-app (Account → Help).
After 2 days, your request is reviewed and you'll get a decision within 48 hours.
