1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LiveForge. By accessing or using our platform, website, or any LiveForge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Account Registration

• •Minimum age: 13 years old
• •For 18+ adult content: age verification required, minimum 18 years old
• •Age is self-declared at first login: anyone under 13 is blocked from the service entirely, and users aged 13–17 are restricted from 18+ content and platform connections — we ask 13–17 users to provide a parent/guardian email so we can request their consent; the account stays just as restricted whether or not that consent has been given yet
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of content you create and upload to LiveForge. By uploading content, you grant LiveForge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, broadcast, and distribute your content through the platform only.

5. Virtual Currency (Coins)

• •Unused coins purchased are refundable in full, automatically, within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase; after that, requests are reviewed at our discretion — see Refund Policy
• •Spent coins are non-refundable
• •Selling, trading, or transferring coins outside the platform is strictly prohibited
• •Exchange rate: 100 Coins ≈ $1.00 USD (Mini Pack rate)

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Paddle (international) and Tranzila (Israel). We never store credit card details. For full refund details, see our Refund Policy page.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, but you retain access until the period ends.

All trademarks, logos, designs, and features of LiveForge belong to LiveForge's owner(s). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Account → Settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

LiveForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
