What to write to us about

| Payments or a refund | The email on your account, the date and what you bought. Our refund policy explains what we can and can't refund. |
| A safety concern | The username or link, what happened, and when. Please don't send us anything illegal. A written description is enough, and we'll ask for more if we need it. |
| Your personal data | What you'd like us to do, such as access, correct or delete your information, and the email on your account. See the privacy policy for how we handle data. |
| A copyright problem | Links to the content, what you own, and how we can reach you. We'll look into it and act on valid reports. |
| Partnerships, press or feedback | A short note about who you are and what you have in mind. We're always glad to hear ideas. |
Before you write
- Check our guides. Many common questions about streaming and multistreaming are answered there.
- Never send us your password or a stream key. We will never ask for either.
- If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We can't respond to emergencies.
